Before your first class

1Body Waiver.

Your waiver must be signed prior to checking into your first class. If you have any trouble, please contact the studio.

I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in physical exercise activities, including but not limited to weightlifting, cardio workouts, group fitness classes, and the use of gym equipment (hereinafter referred to as “Activities”), at 1Body Training.

I understand and acknowledge that the Activities I engage in at the gym carry certain inherent risks, including the risk of bodily injury, illness, or death. I am aware that these risks may result from my own actions, the actions of others, or the condition of the premises. I voluntarily assume all such risks, both known and unknown, and I accept full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of my participation in the Activities.

I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician or other qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program or using any gym equipment, especially if I have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Activities, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue 1Body Training (OBOL), its owners, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively referred to as “Released Parties”), from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses(including attorney fees) arising out of or in any way related to my participation in the activities, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, property damage, wrongful death, or negligence.

I understand that this waiver and release of liability is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the state in which the gym is located. If any portion of this agreement is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue to be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I certify that I am at least 18 years of age, or that I am the legal guardian of the participant named above who is under 18 years of age, and that I have read and fully understand the terms of this liability waiver and release.
